We interview all candidates face to face.

DBS Checked

We ensure that all of our candidates have a valid DBS in place by checking the update service or issuing a new DBS prior to them being offered work.

References

We obtain work references from all candidates for the past 5 years and request a full work history.

Documentation

We personally check all original documentation (including Proof of Right to Work checks) given to us by candidates.

Nurse Pin Checks

Monthly checks on our nurses pins against the NMC website.

Training Provided

Full bespoke training is offered to all candidates which is monitored to keep them up to date.

Honesty

We promise to be honest with our clients, act quickly on requests and investigate any issues.

Staff Compliance

Full, in-depth candidate profiles are given to clients prior to our candidate commencing a shift.
