What to bring to your registration

When you visit us, we will mainly be looking forward to having a conversation and learning more about you whilst we explain how we work and answering any questions you may have. However along with completing our registration pack, it is also important that we get all of the documents we need from you at this stage so we can get you working as soon as possible. These documents are:

  • Proof of right to work in the UK (UK Birth Cert/UK Passport, Residency Card, GOV Share Code)
  • Proof of your National Insurance (P45, P60 or NI card)
  • 2x Proof of Address (Utility bill/ bank statement dated within the last 3 months)
  • Proof of ID (Passport/Driving Licence)
  • Training Certificates (If you have them)
  • Current DBS (If you have one)
  • A Current up to date CV
Registered Nurse Only:
  • Letter from NMC confirming PIN and Membership
  • Certificates relating to your Nursing Degree
  • Proof of Indemnity Insurance/ Union Membership
