The Importance of Meeting Candidates

meeting candidates

We have always said at Everest that it is vital to build up a rapport and be able to have a long-lasting candidate and agency relationship. Creating a line of communication early in the process and meeting in person allows us to get to know you more and provide you with suitable opportunities and support during your time working with us.

There is a lot of documentation to get out of the way, please see our ‘What to bring to registration’ section to see a comprehensive list of what you will need to bring. We do need to see these documents in person.

When we meet face-to-face, we can get a good idea of who you are and make sure that all your documentation is in date and valid so we can get the process moving quickly to find you work.

This is important for our clients too, as they trust Everest to ensure that the candidates we provide have all the legal background checks and training completed. We are entrusted by our clients to ensure that everyone we provide to them is who they say they are, and that they are legally entitled to work in this country.

The care industry can offer some very rewarding but also very difficult opportunities, and we need to ensure that the staff we provide are giving the best quality care to our client’s residents. Treating residents with respect, dignity and care is what we strive to offer.

If you’d like to organise a registration or learn more about our roles available, call us on 02380 613 130 and we will answer any questions you may have.
