From the very beginning we will offer the training and materials you need to make sure you are ready to work. You have freedom to accept or decline shifts as you wish, and this will not impact your offers for more work in the future. We understand life can throw a spanner in the works sometimes and will NEVER charge you for calling in sick or missing a shift. If you are unable to attend, just let us know as soon as possible and we will attempt to find cover on your behalf.

Our Unique method of recruitment

The way we operate allows for the most efficient method of recruitment. Once you visit us for an initial registration, we will check all of your documentation so we can establish if you’re eligable to work for us and match our expectations of our agency staff.
After this, the work can begin to source you shifts and get you out to work as soon as possible. We work to get you shifts within your specified travel distance and give you only the hours you have said you are available to work.
